The RFBServer product is a software solution, which delivers business applications to the screens and audio devices of Nortel GXAS-powered IP Phones. This product is very simple to install and use.

This program is an application server between Nortel IP telephones and applications which could be executed on a computer. IP phone is used as a remote terminal which receives the applications output. RFBServer registers applications and provides an interactions interface between the phones and the applications.
The RFBServer supports the next telephone types: 1120E, 1140E, 1150E, 1165E, i2007 and IP Softphone 2050 for PC.
Third-party developers can design RFB Applications for customer's needs and distribute them independently. For that they should contact to SoftDrom and obtain the description for the protocol used by RFBServer to interact with applications as RFBServer provides the specific protocol over TCP to connect the applications with the server program.
